AI training for teachers works best when it was written for UK schools and colleges, so start there, then take a course on the AI tool your school provides.
If you only do one, take the Chartered College of Teaching's Safe and effective use of AI in education: it's free, based on the Department for Education's AI materials, and passing gives eligible teachers five credits towards Chartered Status. Most of the courses for teachers here are free.

Start with the materials written for UK schools and colleges, then a course on the tool your school provides. Check whether a course gives CPD credit you can record.
The Department for Education's policy paper on generative AI in education applies to England. It points staff to free training: "Using AI in education settings: support materials provides free online support to help with the safe and effective use of AI in education."
The Chartered College of Teaching offers a free certified assessment based on those materials. Schools in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland should check their own nation's guidance.
