Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Jake Boland, sole trader, who runs AI Course Check and its sister site ai-courses.ie.
What we process and why

The newsletter is not live yet. Until it is, the sign-up form stores nothing. Google Analytics is not switched on yet either.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site.
- GitHub stores error reports as issues in a private repository.
- Google provides Google Analytics, used only if you accept analytics cookies.
- When the newsletter launches, we will name its provider here before collecting any email addresses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time: use “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page for analytics, and the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. To use any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
