Gen AI Agents: Transform Your Organization is a free beginner course from Google Cloud, online. It takes about 2.5 hours and ends with a free badge.
A short, free introduction for managers and business staff who want to understand how custom AI agents could help their organisation. At 2.25 hours, it still includes hands-on practice building a basic agent, which is unusual for a non-technical course. Caveats: it's the final course in Google's Generative AI Leader path, so you may get more from it after the earlier courses, and prerequisites aren't stated. For a broader free start on AI at work, try Work smarter with AI from Microsoft Learn.
Introductory Google Skills course on how organisations can use custom generative AI agents for specific business challenges, covering models, reasoning loops and tools, with hands-on practice building a basic agent. Final course in Google's Generative AI Leader path for non-technical learners.
